exocadWhere do I download the Dentium library for exocad?
Download the verified exocad library set here: Dentium exocad libraries. It is organised by implant line (SuperLine & Implantium, SimpleLine II, NR Line, Bright BL/TL, Bright 2025) and includes the Model Creator analogs and an exocad install PDF.
exocadWhich exocad library version should I use?
Use the verified set above. Dentium has confirmed labs should use these versions. If you installed the newer combined pack (named “EXOCAD Library 12.06.2026”) and your scan bodies no longer align, remove it, install the verified set, then restart exocad.
exocadMy scan body won’t align in exocad. What should I check?
1) The scan body code in the library matches the physical scan body (e.g. IHAB5008, ISC45). 2) Only one Dentium library version is installed – move duplicates out of the library folder. 3) The scan captured the whole scan body. Still stuck? Call us on 020 3002 6651 before you mill.
exocadWhich folder is for SuperLine II scan flags?
For SuperLine II scan bodies in exocad, use the Library 1 exocad folder (SuperLine & Implantium).
3ShapeDo you have Dentium libraries for 3Shape?
Yes. Download them here: Dentium 3Shape libraries – SuperLine & Implantium, SimpleLine II, NR Line and Bright BL/TL, with a 3Shape install PDF and Bright digital abutment guide.
3ShapeHow do I install the 3Shape library?
Follow the 3Shape install PDF in the folder: import the library through 3Shape Dental System’s implant library import, then restart. If your 3Shape version asks for a different file format, call us and we will get the right one from Dentium.
Other CADI use another system (Dental Wings, Medit, Blue Sky Plan, DentalCAD alternatives…). Can you help?
Yes. Call us with your software name and version and the implant/scan body codes in your case – we will source the correct Dentium library or files from Dentium for you.
All systemsWhere can I find the US Dentium libraries?
They are in the same download area under “Dentium USA” (all library folders). For UK cases, use the exocad or 3Shape folders above unless we advise otherwise.
Scan bodiesIHAB or ISC – which scan body applies?
IHAB (intra-oral scan healing abutment) sits directly in the implant for implant-level digital impressions (replaces Ti-base + SCJI). ISC (Scan Comfort Cap) seats on the multi-unit abutment for abutment-level impressions (replaces Ti-cylinder + SCJE). Always pick the library entry that matches the code on the scan body.
AnalogsWhich digital analog do I use for printed models?
Use the Dentium analogs in the exocad Model Creator folder. Internal-connection work uses DAN analogs; multi-unit 4.5/5.5 uses SAN analogs. Not sure? Send us the implant and abutment codes and we will confirm.
OrderingHow do I order Ti-bases, scan bodies and analogs?
Order online in our prosthetic components section, or email your list to [email protected] and we will invoice your lab. Part codes are in the SuperLine catalogue (PDF).
OrderingDo you mill custom abutments?
Yes – send your exocad or 3Shape STL design and order form via our Custom Abutments service.
